The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items necessary to provide snow and ice removal services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This solicitation is a Request for Quote and is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The required response date is included in the Solicitation, Block 8. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. BOTH TECHNICAL AND PRICE PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED. Contractor offers shall be submitted via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov/ using the document upload option.
