The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for snow and ice removal services at the William H. Seward Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), 1099 East Molloy Road, Mattydale, New York 13211-1303. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide snow and ice removal services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide the snow and ice removal services described in the PWS. The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a Period of Performance of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one year option periods from date of award.
