The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of small business sources; (2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition, 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors (Size Standard - 15M) Requirement Description: On behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) the U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement to replace the fire pump controller at the th Ohio County U.S. Army Reserve Command. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, technical support, supervision and transportation to accomplish all work in accordance with the DRAFT Scope of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the DRAFT SOW shall be performed. Review attached DRAFT Scope of Work for additional requirements. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. The magnitude for this construction requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
