The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to meet the requirement in accordance with this Specification of Work (SOWS). The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Center (WSC) has a both the MG Oliver O. Howard United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 1072 Minot Ave., Auburn, ME 04210 as listed in detail in the Specification of Work (SOW). ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from capable and reliable sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources capable of performing the requirements described in the SOW. PLEASE BE ADVISED that a set-aside has not yet been determined for this requirement and will depend upon the resultant information obtained from the Sources Sought Notice. Once determined, the type of set-aside will be identified in the solicitation. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 238210: Electrical Contractors. The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published in the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov), on or about 16 August 2019. The solicitation will consist of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement and email to robert.b.macfarlane3.civ@mail.mil Submission shall be received by 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 13 August 2019.
