Army Reserve Centers (USARC): Allegany County Memorial USARC located at 14418 McMullen Highway, Cumberland, MD 21502 (MD006) and the Martinsburg Memorial USARC/BMA 102 (G) located at 900 Maryland Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25041 (WV026). The period of performance for this requirement is one 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods.
