Army Contracting Command NJ - Fort Dix, is issuing a solicitation that will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items necessary to provide snow and ice removal services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please see PWS for detailed requirement. This solicitation is a Request for Quote and being solicited as Unrestricted. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in SAM (System for Award Management), https://www.sam.gov in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM System may result in delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in SAM at the time of award. The required response date is included in the Solicitation, Block 8. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. BOTH TECHNICAL AND PRICE PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED.
