CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC- NJ is seeking preliminary market research information, from all categories of small businesses to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources capable of performing all requirements of the below service. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is NAICS 561730 "Landscaping Services", Size Standard $7.5M. ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement to Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov), tentatively on or around 23 September 2019. This will be a firm-fixed price requirement. Period of performance will be one 8-month base year plus four, 12-month option periods. SEE ATTACHED DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT AND SITE MAP FOR DETAILS. 2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement and email to marion.m.hurley.mil@mail.mil . Submission shall be received by 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, 18 September 2019. This notice is only for market research purposes. This Sources Sought Announcement does not constitute a request for proposal nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this sources sought notice marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government.
