The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Legal Services Agency (USALSA) intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote (W15QKN-19-Q-0118) to HotDocs Corporation (subsidiary of AbacusNext). The Government intends to fulfill this requirement via a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to HotDocs Corporation pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), for product maintenance and support agreements for previously purchased HotDocs software licenses. HotDocs Corporation is the only provider for this software and the associated support. There are no other authorized vendors of this software. The resultant contract shall be awarded as a twelve (12) month, Firm Fixed Price, commercial contract. The applicable NAICS Code for this is action 511210. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Further, this synopsis does not guarantee of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes, and, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a bidding contract.
