The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) - Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to Integrated Deposition Solutions, Inc., 5901 Indian School Road NE Suite 125, Albuquerque, NM, for the delivery and installation of one (1) Stand Alone NanoJet Dual Head Materials Equipment and Supplies. Integrated Deposition Solutions, Inc. is a small business and is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Only the OEM is authorized to provide the required equipment and installation services. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this effort is 423430 and the small business sized standard is 250 employees.
