This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W15QKN-19-Q-0096 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. This requirement has been limited to a Mighty Mouse brand Connector, PN: 801-007-16Z19-19SC under the authority, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), brand name. A corresponding redacted Limiting Competition Justification has been attached to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This requirement has been set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 335999 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, on a competitive basis, for a three-hundred-forty (QTY: 340) Mighty Mouse Connectors, PN: 801-007-16Z19-19SC, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror in accordance with the instructions to offerors in Section L and the evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation.
