The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000 has a proposed sole source acquisition maintenance for a Stratasys uPrint SE Plus Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D Printer. The Government intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to Fisher Unitech, LLC, 404 E. 10 Mile Road #150, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069-1201, on a sole source basis. The effort will include one (1) base year and three (3) additional option years for a total period of performance of four (4) years. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize the authority under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or proposal, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 541519 and the small business sized standard is $27,500,000. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than March 14, 2019 by 3:00PM EST.
