The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems, intends to issue a Sole Source modification for the production of 155mm Excalibur Projectiles. This modification will be issued under current contract W15QKN-19-C-0017 for the 155mm Excalibur Projectiles with Raytheon Missile and Defense. The modification will increase the contract ceiling by $616,227,984 from $495,000,000 to $1,111,227,984, issued under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements, and will be issued as Firm Fixed-Price. The period of performance for this contract will remain unchanged from 20 April 2019 through 29 April 2024 and this modification will support FY23-24 requirements. Funds are available for this acquisition. This notice of intent is not a FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), and is only a Sole Source Synopsis for the acquisition and production of the 155mm Excalibur Projectiles.
