The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Product Manager Precision Fires and Mortars (PFM) / Product Manager Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) is seeking potential sources within the United States or Canada that are interested in supplying Melody II Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Chips compatible with the Precision Guided Kit (PGK). All responses to this market survey must be provided in the English language. All interested sources shall provide the following information: a. Detailed description of Melody II ASIC product, identifying key components, system capabilities, and technology. b. Integrated Master Schedule detailing all steps necessary to deliver up to 200,000 Melody ASIC Chips NLT August 2020. c. Provide available life time buy (LTB) opportunities, by fiscal year, in which Melody ASIC chips will be available and the last available date to place a LTB. This market survey is for information and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). All information received in response to this market survey that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the market survey will not be returned. This market survey is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. Interested sources may obtain the PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT DOCUMENT (PRD), Revision 12, for Precision Guidance Kit (PGK), dated 12 March 2013 upon request and coordination with POC listed below. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (available upon request), a DD2345 - Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, and AMSTA-AR Form 1350, Technical Data Request Questionnaire (available upon request) must be submitted prior to receiving the PRD.
