Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ, on behalf of Project Manager Towed Artillery Systems (PM TAS), has increased the ceiling value of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) base contract W15QKN-18-D-0079 with Design West Technologies, Inc., 2701 Dow Ave, Tustin, California 92780-6913, from $1,894,462.23 to $4,059,767.64. Pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this contract remains sole source and continues to include the same requirements for the procurement of Electronic Thermal Warning Device (ETWD) Kits and Parts in support of the M777A2 Howitzer. The contract duration remains unchanged. Attached please find the redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) document in accordance with FAR 6.305(a).
