This J&A is to both Modifications P00010 and P00011 but posting under the latter. This J&A is under authority FAR 6.302-1, only one source. Modification P00010 was executed on 15 September 2020 to extend the Period of Performance by 1 year to 24 September 2021 and Modification P00011 was executed on 30 March 2021 to increase the total contract ceiling amount and to incoporate pricing for the extend year. No further purchases are anticipated. Contract expires 24 September 2021.
