The U.S. Army intends to satisfy this requirement by soliciting, negotiating, and awarding a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Lansmont Corporation 17 Mandeville Ct., Monterey, CA 93940-5745. The authority being utilized for the proposed effort is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The resultant contract shall be a firm fixed price, commercial contract..
