The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Call Order, with one twelve month base year and four twelve month option periods, to be awarded on a sole source basis to ECI JobBOSS, LLC, 3600 American Blvd. W #250, Minneapolis, MN, 55431 for the continued maintenance and support to existing JobBOSS software, in support of the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armaments Center. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A corresponding Limiting Competition Justification and Approval utilizing the authority FAR 13.106-1(b) (1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization has been approved and a Solicitation for the aforementioned software maintenance and support is also attached to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 511210 and the small business sized standard is $38.5M. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than July 5, 2019 by 3:00PM EST.
