Based upon the Q&A and RFIs received during the CPI2 Inc 1 Draft RFP #1, the Government respectfully requests feedback from Industry to the following Questions: 1. Has your company had an opportunity to review the CPI2 Increment 1 TDP on JCM in its entirety? If not, why not? 2. If you have reviewed the TDP, what is your level of confidence in pricing the Command Post Platforms identified in the Unit Pricing tab of the cost/price attachment on a Firm Fixed Price basis? Please provide an explanation of why you feel that you can or can’t bid FFP. 3. If your level of confidence in Question 2 is low, what specific gaps in the TDP would you recommend the Government close to facilitate accurate pricing of Command Post platforms on a Firm Fixed Price basis? 4. Regarding the TDP, in its current state, is there anything the Government should take into consideration prior to releasing the final RFP? 5. The Government will make FMTV 1087A2 and 1085A2 drawings available to industry (vehicles only/no CPI2 integration). How does the possibility of integrating on A2 platforms impact your ability to price Command Post platforms on a Firm Fixed Price basis?
