The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Division B intends to seek approval for an Other than Full and Open competition to extemd the period of performance and add additional labor hours on a cost plus fixed fee basis for the attached requirement and is seeking responses from industry on other potential sources. The intended Period of Performance for this effort begins 01 August 2019. There is no transition in period. The intended Period of Performance ends on 30 September 2019. The Government is requesting responses from parties who could fulfill the attached requirements with-in the designated period of performance without a transition in plan and are interested in bidding to perform the requirement from 1 August 2019 to 30 September 2019. A capability statement showing how your company can meet all requirements of the PWS.
