The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Division B intends to seek approval for an Other than Full and Open competition to add surge labor hours on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee basis for the attached requirement, PWS paragraph 3.7 - Refurbishment Support (Surge Requirement), and is seeking responses from industry on other potential sources. The current period of performance is ongoing, 06 July 2019 through 05 July 2020. There is no transition in period. The Government is requesting responses from parties who could fulfill the attached requirements with-in the designated period of performance without a transition in plan and are interested in bidding for this ceiling increase.
