The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, for Product Manager Wideband Enterprise Satellite Systems, issued a Request for Information for a potential requirement, originally posted in September 2026 and revised in October 2026. PdM WESS seeks companies with comprehensive experience producing, installing, and maintaining up to nine state-of-the-art HEMP-hardened medium fixed SATCOM Earth Terminals. The terminals would operate in X Band with selective polarization and be installed within the continental United States.
