This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research to identify sources capable of designing, producing, and delivering a micro transponder for Army Aviation. The device must be a miniaturized IFF/ADS-B transponder meeting strict performance specifications for military integration, including specific operational modes, crypto compatibility, physical dimensions under 3.4"x2.5"x1.0", and a weight under 200 grams.
