Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support for Public Safety Communications (PSC)
This is a Request for Information (RFI) only for planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation. The Army is seeking information on capabilities to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services to support the architecture and integration of the Army's Public Safety Communications ecosystem, excluding procurement or fielding work. Responses must demonstrate full capabilities in engineering, cybersecurity, testing, and specific performance standards, including corporate membership in NENA and APCO.
