The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), for CPE AVN/PM AMSA, is conducting market research via a Sources Sought/RFI to identify qualified sources for a high-TRL/MRL Control Head Unit (CHU) supporting the Air to Ground Communications (A2GC) system, the Army’s replacement for SINCGARS. The desired CHU is an intelligent, airworthy, modular open-systems-compliant controller that can host multiple software applications and enable rapid, iterative capability updates. Respondents should provide up to 5-page PDF evidence of current ability to manufacture and sustain a CHU, including company information, physical/performance capabilities, environmental/electrical compliance, airworthiness, cyber/human factors, data rights, ROM cost estimates by quantity range, program schedule/lead times, and partnership/sustainment details.
