INTRODUCTION United States Army Program Executive Office Command Control Communications – Tactical (PEO C3T), Project Manager Tactical Radios (PM TR), Product Manager Waveforms (PdM WF) is seeking information on the availability of networking waveform technology offerings of domestic industry vendors.
