Pursuant to FAR 15.203, Request for Proposals (RFP), this RFP is issued to support Next Generation Load Device Medium (NGLD-M)Project Manager Tactical Radios (PM TR) and Product Lead Communications Security (PdL COMSEC)s requirement for a NGLD family of replacement for the aging fleet of Simple Key Loader (SKL) devices. This RFP is for a ten year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Reimbursable (CR), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Please see updated Bidders Library Information (v2) attachment dated 25 Nov 2020. The Government has updated the Unclassified/FOUO Bidders library to include a specification that is referenced in the SRD traceability matrix. 2. Section L26.2, Relevant Contracts, states: “the Offeror shall submit information using the format contained in Section J, Past and Present Performance Information”. Attached are Government responses to the second draft posting of the Next Generation Load Device-Medium (NGLD-M) Solicitation. Please review the NGLD-M Bidder's library instructions and prepare the appropriate NDAs and DD254s for the documents that you would like to receive in anticipation for the final solicitation posting. The Government has locked the classified documentation and the CDs are ready for distribution. Since the CDs are locked, the Government is anticipating requests for the classified documentation ahead of the final solicitation posting. Please ensure that all classified DD254s in your files are accurate for places of performance and that overnight classified addresses and POC for each location has been provided and/or not changed. If necessary provide updated DD254 place of performance/classified address info to the Government POC so that a new DD 254 can be generated, if necessary. Submission of NDA's and DD254 information shall be recieved by the Government no later than 29 Oct 2020 to ensure timley processing. *Note that Potential offerors that are already in communications with the Government regarding the RESCUE NDAs from the 29 Sept draft posting can ignore the following statement.* The Government updated the RESCUE NDA and If you want access to the RESCUE TDP for proposal preparation then you need to RETURN the RESCUE NDA NGLD-M_2020.pdf with the respective signatures of those individuals reviewing the RESCUE TDP. Additionally, the Government requests that you fill out and return the RESCUE NDA Tracker Template for RESCUE TDP requests. Also please note that the Final NGLD-M RFP is scheduled for release NLT mid November 2020.
