Simple Key Loader (SKL) Solicitation/Contract will provide for continued Production, Engineering and Sustainment Support services. This follow-on contract will be a sole source, single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ten-year ordering period (five year base and five one-year options), pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements). Subject solicitation and award is anticipated to be made to Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), 444 Salomon Circle, Sparks, NV 89434. Under the anticipated contract Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Orders (DOs) will be placed for SKL hardware to include SKL devices and SKL test units, referred to as PANDAs (for their unique black and white appearance). Additionally, the contract will contain provisions for Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Task Orders (TOs) for general engineering support services and obsolescence. Services to address obsolescence include obsolescence management, reliability, maintainability, training, technical manual support, software support, organic depot level maintenance support, and device enhancements and improvements.
