Request for Information (RFI) The US Army, Armament Center (DEVCOM AC) Weapon and Software Engineering Center (WSEC), is conducting a market survey to identify sources/vendors capable of supplying commercially available items with the criteria noted below. REQUIREMENTS: The vendor shall provide 1330 sets of the following Advanced Multipurpose Legend (AMP) Overlays: Honeywell Part Numbers: EPM95BKW-4111 EPM95BKW-4112 EPM95BKW-4113 EPM95BKW-1114 EPM95B-1010 Overlay Text and Representation: Part Number/Text EPM95BKW-4111/ MPAT/CAN EPM95BKW-4112/ AMP AB EPM95BKW-4113/AIR EPM95BKW-1114/ PD AMP DLY EPM95B-1010/ SABOT Overlay Description: Overlays shall have the following attributes: Legend Overlay Background Color: Black Legend Overlay Color: Translucent Legend Overlay Lettering shall meet the following requirements: Height: .109 Min Font: Similar to Gothic Alternate No. 2 Height To Stroke Width Ratio: Between 6:1 and 8:1 Only capital letters shall be used as shown above. Packaging Info: One of each overlay placed in a bag, or cardboard box, to form a set which contains all 5 overlays. Bag, or cardboard box, used shall be labeled with Honeywell Part Numbers of the 5 overlays contained inside. Request your company provide responses to the following questionnaire: 1. Does your company have the ability to provide and kit the required parts in accordance with the above? 2. Are the items currently in stock and available for immediate delivery? 3. If items are not currently in stock, when would they be available for delivery? 4. What is your commercial price for the above items including packaging? Any pricing data should be sent, if available, and at no cost to the U.S. Government. ROM data is acceptable. Also please provide the following company information: Company Name. Company Address. Company point of contact, phone number and email address. Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. Identify if the business is considered a small or large business, based on the NAICS Code. Include any socioeconomic sub-category information.
