Request for Information (RFI) The US Army, Armament Center (DEVCOM AC) at Picatinny Arsenal NJ, is conducting a market survey to identify sources/vendors capable of supplying commercially available digital oscilloscopes with the criteria noted below. The Government is seeking to procure a digital oscilloscope as a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) item similar in form, function and accessory compatibility to meet the criteria below.
