The contractor shall facilitate the communal, public worship life enhancing full and active participation of the assembly/congregation by planning, administering, and evaluating quality musical experiences in cooperation with musical and ministries, in collaboration with all Religious Denomination Chaplains, Chaplain Staff, Religious Affairs Specialists, and Civilian workforce. This requirement is for a Multi-faith (Catholic, Liturgical, Gospel, and Traditional) Music Director Services in support of military religious and worship activities.
