This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to Action Target, Inc. for specialized indoor firing-range maintenance and cleaning services. The justification is that Action Target is the OEM and the only known source with the proprietary data, equipment, and authorized technicians needed to perform the services without voiding warranties. While not a request for competitive quotes, other sources may submit a capability statement to demonstrate equivalent OEM authorization and ability. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response.
