The contractor will provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property VTE at Joint Base Charleston in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations, standard commercial practices and the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform all maintenance, inspection and repair requirements during normal working hours, (0730-1600), Monday-Friday, excluding all federal holidays. The contractor must notify and schedule with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) prior to any maintenance or repair being conducted. When notified of a problem by the COR, the contractor shall service each unit within one working day after notification. There are no unique Government requirements that cannot be met by the commercial market sector.
