**The purpose of this sources sought is for market research purposes only** The purpose of this procurement is to provide non-personal services to furnish, install, integrate and test (FII&T) replacem... **The purpose of this sources sought is for market research purposes only** The purpose of this procurement is to provide non-personal services to furnish, install, integrate and test (FII&T) replacements for the existing Audio and Video (AV) systems at Headquarters Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) and multiple detachments/operating locations across the command as detailed in the SOW. The contractor shall perform all work using industry standards, to include: American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), National Electrical Code (NEC), Military Handbooks (MIL-HDBKS), Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI), Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) installation standards, and the Unified Facility Guide Specifications (UFGS). The contractor shall follow Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Safety Standards throughout entire project implementation. The contractor shall configure the installation so that it passes the TEMPEST certification requirements identified in DISA Voice Video Endpoint SRG (Security Requirements Guide), DISA Voice Video over Internet Protocol (VVoIP) STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guide), NSTISSAM (National Security Telecommunications and Information Systems Security Advisory Memoranda) 2-95A Red/Black Installation Guidance, and AFSSI (Air Force Systems Security Instruction) 7702, Emission Security Countermeasures Review, Guidance.
