This RFI is for market intelligence only, not a solicitation or RFP, and participation is voluntary with no obligation or reimbursement. The 30th Contracting Squadron plans multiple FY2027 infrastructure repair/construction projects, including HVAC, secure facility renovation, medium-high voltage electrical distribution, airfield repair, outdoor fitness track, road repair/construction, fire alarm, and elevator repair/replacement. The Government is evaluating Progressive Design-Build via an Other Transaction Agreement under 10 U.S.C. § 2808a with the USSF Construction Commercial Solutions Opening. Interested parties are asked to provide company profile information, OTA/PDB experience, recommendations on early contractor involvement and GMP design maturity, acquisition strategy feedback, and bonding capability. Feedback may inform whether the Government issues a CSO Area of Interest for one, some, all, or none of the projects.
