This is a design-bid-buil... THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. We are seeking qualified sources for the potential to be added to our bidders list. Below is a brief synopsis of the work being performed. This is a design-bid-build with 100% design completed. SUBMIT CAPABILITIES BRIEFING DOCUMENTS WITH REFERENCES IF INTERESTED. THIS IS A NAF CONTRACT FAR REGULATIONS DO NOT APPLY AS SUCH THERE ARE NO SET-ASIDE REQUIREMENTS. The main work to be performed is within the Servery Area which will include a complete demolition of all the existing casework, finishes, and ceiling to include lighting. The exist type I hoods which are part of the serving line will be relocated and modified as required for new layout and location. The dishwash area will be modified considerably incorporating a portion of the Sports Room. The Sports Room function will be removed and the remainder of the space will be incorporated into the dining area. The dining area will receive a refresh to finishes, ceiling, lighting, and life safety elements. Other scope of work will include new window graphics to the existing training room glazing and a refresh of finishes to the BOH and FOH Restrooms to include ADA upgrades.
