This announcement constitutes the only sources sought for interested bidders. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. We are seeking qualified sources for the potential to be added to our bidders list. Below is a brief synopsis of the work being performed. This is a design-bid-build with 100% design completed. SUBMIT CAPABILITIES BRIEFING DOCUMENTS WITH REFERENCES IF INTERESTED. THIS IS A NAF CONTRACT FAR REGULATIONS DO NOT APPLY AS SUCH THERE ARE NO SET-ASIDE REQUIREMENTS. Project: This is an opportunity to provide Construction Management/Inspection Services for the addition to the existing Child Development Center (CDC) at Vandenberg AFB. The addition will focus on providing additional Child Activity Rooms (CAR) and including supporting all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems. The CAR spaces will include infant rooms and pre-toddler spaces. The construction design will be provided once qualified sources have been selected to bid on this project. Services included day-to-day Quality Assurance Inspections, mitigation of any unforeseen issues, plus providing the Government Contacting Offices (GCO) technical advisory assistance in administering and managing the construction project at Vandenberg AFB CDC.
