The Contractor will provide 13 qualified administrative support personnel to perform the required work of the passport and visa application receipt and distribution processes, service desk support to perform the required work of the customer service desk, as well as mailroom and courier support. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT. BACKGROUND: The applicable Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8.0M. The Product Service Code is R616 (Architect and Engineering – SUPPORT – ADMINISTRATIVE: PHYSICAL RECORDS MANAGEMENT SERVICES). Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Each interested party is requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirements of the draft Performance Work Statement. The respondents are also requested to provide a company capability statement, which includes the following: 1. General company description 2. General description of capability to execute the proposed PWS, including the capacity to execute this project with other ongoing contracts Respondents shall also provide point of contact information, where available, for the efforts cited above. In addition, please provide the firm’s name and address, point of contact with telephone number and email address, CAGE Code and DUNS number, and size of business (i.e., large, small, disadvantaged, veteran owned, woman owned, etc.). All data shall be sent at no cost to the US Government by 29 April 2022. This is a request for information only, and shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the US Government. The US Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for information solicited. The official response shall be submitted to ACC-RI.
