In continuation of Research and Development activities performed under AFNWC/ NCN, Nuclear Networks Division, Broad Agency Announcements (BAA), the government requires further testing of the Special Mode A (SMA) VLF waveform. This effort will provide for operationally relevant testing of the SMA waveform by loading the waveform into an existing VLF receiver and performing flight test of that configuration.
