This information is subject to change. All comments, questions, concerns, and/or information shall be submitted to the email address identified in the ITO by the date listed in this annoucement. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Virginia Contracting Office is issuing this Draft Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the Office of Human Resources (OHR). The purpose of the draft RFP is to assist the Government in receiving industry feedback on the updated acquisition documents influenced by RFI feedback and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engagements. Responses to this information will be used to help the government prepare the final RFP. This is not a solicitation. All responses under this RFP must be emailed to OHR_MOD_PMO@dodiis.mil. When responding please include the Draft RFP# VACA-2B-23-0007.
