This is RFI for a non-personal Commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) training services contract to provide various human resources technical training and professional development courses to DIA’s Office of Human Resources (OHR) workforce. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the service providers performing the services herein. Such service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
