The 436th Contracting Squadron (436 CONS) is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to provide Utility Task/Terrain Vehicle (UTV) rentals to Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Gasoline 2/4 passenger UTV with cargo bed and off-road capability. Quantity: Eight (8) Rentals needed for approximately four (4) days in mid September 2019. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational and planning purposes only and will be used to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as quotes, nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. Contact with Government personnel other than those specified in this RFI by potential offerors or their employees regarding this project is prohibited. This FedBizOps notice is an announcement seeking market information on vendors capable of providing the product as described herein. For purposed of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532284, Recreational Goods Rental, and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. If your firm is capable of providing the requirements described above, please contact TSgt Christopher Castillo, christopher.castillo.5@us.af.mil and TSgt Andrea Hurlburt, andrea.hurlburt@us.af.mil by July 26, 2019 @ 1:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). At a minimum the following information is requested: (1) Company Cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number, and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a), HUB-Zone, Veteran-owned, Women-owned, etc.); (3) Indicate which NAICS code your company usually uses to provide the requirements described above. Please provide rationale if your answer is different from NAICS 532284.
