USU intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health, Inc. (ASPPH) for its annual membership dues for the period of 01 July 2023 through 30 June 2024. The Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health, Inc. (ASPPH) is the only known provider of its membership, therefore there are no other entities that can meet USU’s requirements. The payment of this institutional membership fee is required for the mission and responsibilities of the USU. Refer to the attachment for the full description of the requirement.
