USU intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) for the annual membership for the Alliance of Academic Health Centers (AAHC) for the period of 01 July 2023 through 30 June 2024. The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) is the only known provider of the Alliance of Academic Health Centers (AAHC) membership, therefore there are no other entities that can meet USU’s requirements. The payment of this institutional membership fee is required for the mission and responsibilities of the USU. Refer to the attachment for full description of the requirement.
