Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences (USU) has an upcoming requirement for a student information system replacement at its campus in Bethesda, MD. OVERVIEW The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) is an accredited Military University that offers Medical Degrees, Doctoral and Master's degrees in the biomedical sciences, nursing, dentistry, and public health, as well as Associate’s and Bachelor’s level degrees in the Allied Health Sciences. USU comprises five programs; The School of Medicine (SOM) Graduate Education Office (GEO) Graduate School of Nursing (GSN) The College of Allied Health Sciences (CAHS) The Postgraduate Dental College (PDC) USU has a need for an integrated Student Information System (SIS) to support its higher education academic business processes. That can comply with multiple Department of Defense (DoD), the Chief Information Officer (CIO), and the Chief Management Officer (CMO) regulations and memoranda. USU requires a single integrated product in order to deliver the capabilities identified in this requirements document. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Base Year: 2022-2023 - Transition, Data Migration and Implementation Option Year I: 2023-2024- Updates and maintenance Option Year II: 2024-2025- Updates and maintenance Option Year III: 2025-2026- Updates and maintenance Option Year IV: 2026-2027- Updates and maintenance Requirements and additional technical information are provided in Attachment 1: SIS Requirements ______ Specifically, provide responses to the questions below. - Can the requirement be met via USA Learning, FSS, GWAC, etc.? Please provide the vehicle and contract number. -Provide notional timeline for data migration. -Please provide your CAGE, SAM Unique ID and/or DUNS Number as well as specifics regarding your business size (Large, Small, SDVOSB, WO, 8a, etc.). -Notional pricing may be submitted. All interested parties must submit their responses, ideally, no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Friday, March 25, 2022. For consistency, the respondents are instructed to submit their response in either MS Word (.doc) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. Responses are limited to no more than 30 pages for information, questions, comments, issues of clarification, screen shots, notional timeline and notional pricing.
