The successful offeror must meet the requirements outlined in the requirements statement while providing academic pricing. The Government anticipates awarding a fixed-priced contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) month base plus four (4) option years for annual enterprise site licenses for qualitative Data analysis program or software. Interested parties are requested to provide a capabilities statement.
