Proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services Proposed Product and Service Code (PSC): R499 Support – Professional: Other The USU is issuing this RFI to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified small business concerns to support the requirements delineated herein. Please refer to the “Scope” and “Information Requested” sections of this RFI for specific information that should be detailed in any capability statement submission. Background The mission of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) is to educate, train, and comprehensively prepare uniformed services health professionals, scientists, and leaders to support the Military and Public Health Systems, the National Security and National Defense Strategies of the United States, and the readiness of our Uniformed Services. Scope The USU is seeking sources and any information on support activities across the acquisition and financial and manpower functions of the University. The scope of this requirement includes: a. Task Area 1 - Support for the USUHS’s acquisition and assistance instrument lifecycle activities necessary for the Acquisitions Directorate to execute Directorate operations. b. Task Area 2- Support the Financial and Manpower Management Directorate (FMG) in the areas of Program and Budget Support, Financial Operations Support, Finance and Accounting Support, Audit Support, Agreements Support, and assistance with lifecycle activities necessary for the FMG to execute Directorate operations.
