This a requirement bridge contract for one year. The contractor shall provide all personnel, subsistence, supervision and supplies necessary to provide buffet type meals for Subsistence In Kind (SIK) diners and full service meals for non-SIK diners at the Western ARNG Aviation Training Site (WAATS), Building L-4535. The Government will provide certain property under accountability. The contractor shall perform the requirements and conform to the professional standards identified in this contract, and shall follow all applicable instructions and directives. Contractor tasks include the following: cooking hot meals, cleaning facilities, equipment, and utensils; bussing tables in dining areas; performing cashier services; handling foods, equipment, and supplies; maintaining quality control; and in the event of contingency, perform all required tasks to include cooking to ensure continued service.
