The Department of War is seeking information on providing Armed Forces Network (AFN) signals via Transport Streams over Internet Protocol (TSoIP) using the Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) protocol, with performance required in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. This is a Request for Information only, not a solicitation, and no budget amounts are specified. Respondents must describe how they would perform these services in compliance with U.S. and German laws, and detail existing relationships with internet standards organizations and relevant authorities.
