The contractor shall provide a 50 device, cloud hosted, MDM annual subscription for Apple iPads. The subscription will include administrator capabilities to: create a standard configuration and deploy all devices; remotely manage the devices settings, software updates, and permissions; distribute new and manage current applications installed on devices; create and maintain a publications library that will automatically distribute to all devices; track devices, manage device assignment, and ensure security compliance such as software versions. The contractor will provide a technical support representative to aid administrators in establishing the initial setup of the MDM environment and ensure that the initialized devices are functioning as stated in this document. Additionally, the contractor shall provide unlimited ongoing technical support within a timeframe commensurate to the urgency of the issue. Technical problems caused by the MDM which result in a device being inadequate for use in flight shall be resolved within 24 hours. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (2) 12-month option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Year: 12 Months Option Year I: 12 Months Option Year II: 12 Months All prospective vendors shall be in compliance with NDAA 2019 889 Compliance policies. Any proposal submitted without the attached 889 Policy Affirmations Letter shall be deemed a non-responsive proposal and excluded from consideration. See attached Peformance Work Statement.
