SOURCES SOUGHT FROM: 10th Contracting Squadron, United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), CO SUBJECT: Sources Sought for Chapel Support Services at USAFA •1. 10 CONS/PKB at the USAFA, CO is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Chapel Support Services. The requirement is anticipated to be for a one year base period and four optional one year periods. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This sources sought announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. There is no solicitation at this time. There will not be reimbursement for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. •2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561320, Temporary Help Services, and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. •3. Interested contractors whether potential prime contractors or interested potential subcontractors are encouraged to review the draft Performance Work Statement (attachment 1) to gain an understanding of the requirement and provide feedback and questions to the points of contact below. •4. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes. The ombudsman may refer the interested party to another official who can resolve the concern.
